Great Find!. I stumbled onto this great sandwich shop (serving soup & salads too) quite by accident. The baguettes are delicious, not hard to bite but crunchy and fresh. The vegetarian sandwich was excellent, not an ‘afterthought’ at all, and I had a nice glass of white wine with my lunch. My friend from Fort Lauderdale was so impressed she brought her girlfriend down just to try the brie & fig baguette. I had the portobello sandwich, and can’t wait to go back for another. Great job!
D- Lish !!!
Cane A Sucre is an absolute gem. Great food and fairly priced if you’re looking for a quick meal. The staff is very friendly and the outside wating area is pretty cool. I recommend getting the lunch special which consists of the soup of the day and your choice of half a sub for about $6. Absolute must try.
I only tried the Almond croissant. Soooo good, I seriously recommend it. Wish they had macaroons!
Fantastic!!!!!. Cane a Sucre is a little piece of Europe in the heart of Downtown North Miami. Casual, delicious, gourmet sandwiches and salads, with a south d’France feel. My recommendation: start with the Maduro empanadas (sweet plantain with mozzarella), then the daily special ($6.95 great deal) which is the daily soup (awesome soups every day), and any half sandwich. My favorite is the Le Cuban and please pair it with a glass of Cab, the house selection is delicious. And for the grand finale a mango cheesecake with a cortadito.
