Bad service. Customer service is non-existant, there is no need to waste all that time when one has already placed an order. Food is good, but the wait is unacceptable by anyone standard. The front staff needs to be trained, for they will learn about good service. No skills in communication and accountability. Just that simple

I see that since 2011 people have been complaining about the customer service at that Bakery and there has been no change. Though their food is extremely good, their customer service and just plain level of service leave a lot to desire. Seems to be the motto of Haitian business and someone has to find a way to do better. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there, it’s a dump, a sore to my eyes and an inconvenience to waste my time and not get exactly what i order. There is no reason to order food go pick it up an hour later and still have to wait an hour to receive it. Good food or not its not worth my hard earned money.

I sincerely apologize. My name is Kevin Cayard and I am the owner of Cayards Bakery. First of all, I need to sincerely apologize for the poor customer service received at Cayards Bakery. I am one who prides themselves with excellent customer service to all of my clients. Though at times customer may be rude, impatient and intolerable, they are always right simply because customers fuel your business while great customer service retains good business. Please come back, ask for Kevin and I will sincerely make it up to you and do right plus more to compensate your horrendous experience. Thank youSincerely,Kevin

Cayard Bakery has the worse customer service or principles ever. I placed an order for a cake for my husband’s birthday and the order was never done. When I went to pick up the cake there was a rude employee named Lexa there, she said it was not her responsibility that order was not completed even though I placed the order with her. She said she can’t be responsible for everything. When I asked where was my cake another guy came and claimed it was at the other store, I waited for an hour for this guy to pick a cake from the other store which is 10 minutes way. Another employee kept on calling him and he never answered. I decided to leave after waiting for an hour without any answer. As I was leaving he showed up. I told him I don’t think I should pay for the cake, he started to cause a cine. He stated he took his time to go and get a cake that was made for him for a party he was having and he decided to give it to me. The cake he was giving me cost $65 and he was giving it to me for $30, well excused me I ordered a $40 cake, I don’t know how is it my fault nor my problem when I placed an order a week prior and they screwed up. He said if I don’t want to pay I can take legal action. Wow, what kind of business mentality is that? I told him his employee screwed up for not placing the order, he said don’t worry about that right now cause I will deal with them. He doesn’t no how much business he just lost. My husband and I go there on a weekly basis. He has no business ethics, no customer service skills. I told him he just lost all my and family future business and he did not seem to give a damn and he claimed he was the owner. The worse customer skills I ever encountered for a mistake that was no fault of my own in any shape or form of my own. There was four employees working there and when I asked who was the owner no one seemed to know his name nor phone number. I saw a few customers complaining about orders they placed and the employees did not get them right either. Never again, lack of customer service and accountability. I strongly believe this is why it is hard for Haitians to stay in business and compete in the marketplace.
