The food here is extremely good and the quantity you get for your buck is a definite steal. Now, although you get an impressive amount for a well off price and the taste of the food is superb, the customer service simply SUCKS!!! If anyone knows anything about business you know that customer service is key to a successful venue/corporation. Although I myself do enjoy the food of this establishment I personally would NEVER refer anyone I know to this place because the customer service sucks. On multiple occasions I have ordered over the phone, and was told that my order would be ready in 30 mins or so. From previous experiences, I’ve come to terms with that being a lie. Therefore I usually go about 45 mins after calling, and even I still end up waiting another 15 mins for my food. On multiple occasions I would order my food at exactly 11, with the promise of it being ready by 12. Instead I get there and am not able to pick up my food until about 1:45; insane right? If you are a stickler for timing as I am, this is NOT the restaurant for you. It’s okay to let your customers know that the food won’t be ready for an 1hr, instead of saying 30 mins and having them waste their time, which then creates disgusting dissatisfaction with your business and reviews such as mine. Also on occasions I order the fried turkey, given a time, when I arrive I am told 5 more mins about 4 times in a 30 min span. After waiting and watching customers come and go and bicker with the employees about how much longer is it going to take for their order to be done, I am told that their is no turkey. So, not only have I wasted my time waiting on something that’s not available, I’ve also wasted my gas and hunger begins to take me! Making this place a poor reflection of the owner, his business ethics and business value. the profit this establishment is making is no where near what it could be. If your food is good but customer service/relation is horrible your establishment will always remain mediocre. So, just like Walmart, I will no longer be a customer nor will I promote this place. No matter how good the product is, the customer service just isn’t there to build loyalty and to promote. TO SUM UP EVERYTHING I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE!!!! THE FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS BUT WITH SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD NOT SPEND THE LAST 6 DOLLARS I HAD FOR FOOD AT THIS PLACE!
