WORST SERVICE/CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed a take out order last night to pick up on the way home from work. Order was placed at 4:15 and I was told it would be ready for pick up at 4:30. When I arrived at 4;30 I was told 5 more minutes. I payed for the order and ended up having to wait 45 minutes. During this time I kept asking where my order was and kept getting a lot of excuses. The place was boiling hot, and I never got an apology nor was offered a cold drink while waiting. The girl at the register was down right rude. They finally did comp the order at my insistance, but again no apoligies; just alot of lame excuses & very bad attitudes. Food is ok, but service/customer service so poor, not worth it.

I love their Hibachi Chicken, a colleague of mine took me there and we have been going almost every week.Now my co-workers are eating there too!Is fresh and although I am allergic to mushroom, they accommodate my meal also.Thank you
If you like Kobe.. You will love this place. Same food (even the white sauce;) They don’t cook in front of you, but you can see them in the open hibachi grill.. Half the price or less & much better sushi!
Hibachi-yes, Sushi-no. There always seems to be a Groupon for this place so I bought one, twice. The second was PURELY a mistake. The hibachi is good. Good portion and price is good aswell. The bento box, tasty and well priced. But EVERY sushi roll I’ve had from that place has been a travesty. I’ve have Publix sushi out of a refrigerator that tastes better than theirs. So if you want ANY other food besides sushi, I would recommend this place. Since I prefer sushi to other Japanese foods, i’ll pass. Staff is friendly but they do disappear in between check/check-out time.

Good for workers not eater. I read the 90% rating here, so I decided to give it a shot with my husband. I worked at restaurant in hotel and theme parks before, so I do have pretty high standard when I judge. It was a quiet Tuesday night. When we arrived, around 7:30, we were the forth table in the restaurant. Before we ordered, we looked around to observe everything, including deco and workers (It was a long wait before our server to greet us). After we ordered, I saw the sushi chef answered his phone in the middle of making sushi. Hibachi chefs played their phones while they took turn to cook. When we were done, we waited too long for the server to clear our table and present our check because she was too busy playing her phone with one of the Hibachi chef behind the sushi bar, so we paid at the cashier. About food, we ordered Yellow Tail Roll, Spider Roll, Curry Beef w/ Rice Dinner and Sashimi Bento Box. YL roll was ok, but Spider roll was only half of the spider With the price that we paid, I would expect to have the whole crab. The curry beef was pretty bad. I cook Japanese curry at home too. I can tell they used the Japanese curry paste/cube from the box, which is fine, but they watered the curry down too much. It was watery and under seasoned. Beef were like beef jerky, really thin and dry. Sashimi Bento Box was average. 8 pc sashimi w/ rice, salad, factory-made shui-mai and spring roll. I didn’t have any expectation on the bento box, so I have nothing to say. Enough said. I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN.
