I enjoyed everything we had. From Vegetable samosa – appetizer, to theKashmiri naan bread, Vegetable Kathi kabab (their version of the burrito), Navratan korma, Chicken Makhani – butter chicken–but we had it vegetarian, and deliciously sweet and cooling Gulab Jamun for dessert. Definitely will visit again, and again.
A Must Try. Went here for the buffet on a Sunday evening. Don’t normally like buffets, but figured this would be a great way to sample numerous Indian dishes, since I’m fairly new to the cuisine. Loved the chicken tikka, which is basically a sweet and spicy red curry. The lamb rogan, which was chunks of lamb in a brown sauce, was also delicious. Everything was very fresh, which was great considering it was a buffet. I even heard that they change up the offerings each week, which is great for the sake of variety. My only little gripe was that the service was a bit off since the employees were busy watching some Indian soap opera, but overall, I’d definitely go back!
The food is Amazing! My aunt is vegetarian and it is very hard for me to find a restaurant for her. I brought her here and she loved it! I would recomend it to all my family and friends. And I would defenatly come back! My tommy is very happy 🙂

Exotic and wonderful. My landlord, an Indian man, tipped me off about Bombay Cafe after I asked him where I could find a good Indian restaurant. I know next to nothing about Indian food. My ethnic food experience has mostly orbited Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Greek, and Italian.I really don’t know enough about Indian food to make an expert commentary, and I have already forgotten the names of the dishes. The atmosphere is dark, burgundy, and clean. Tables are decorated with napkins in water glasses. Handsome young Indian gentleman comprise the wait staff. They are courteous, prompt, and attentive. Indian music played in the background.As I was first in, at 11:30 a.m., my waiter opened the buffet table for me. As I was enjoying a plate of selected hot features, each spooned out of a stainless steel pot, another waiter brought a sizzling platter of curried chicken and fried vegetables.The food was so good. It is mostly sauce-like, and soups. The waiter brought a basket of hot flat beads, slightly charred. Very good to soak up the sauces. I liked that the dining experience was made interesting with this staggered presentation, even if it was modest. I felt comfortable.One of the memorable selections was goat meat in some kind of spicy sauce. When I finished my plate and the sizzling chicken, I ended my meal with a small bowl of tomato soup. If you think you know tomato soup, think again. This soup was no ordinary tomato soup, but had a smoky body and a spicy glow to it. I’d like the recipe, please.Thumbs up to Bombay Cafe. Well worth skipping breakfast to fill up on Indian food.
Wonderful food, along with great service. Food reminiscent of the food back in Bombay! Must try the kathi kabab.
