Great food, great service! We tried the pupusas, tamales, carne asada, and special fajitas. Not one negative comment about the whole experience. Definitely worth several more visits!
The Pupusa’s ARE HORRIBLE. I’m from El Salvador and my mom is a master ‘pupusera’. The rest of the food here is decent, but the pupusas are not good at all. It was better years ago and even then they’re weren’t the best. Now, the pupusas ‘revueltas’ are mushy to the point you can’t even eat them with your hands. They barely add chicharron to the pupusas which is even worse. Pupusas are supposed to be just a bit firm so you can eat em with your hands like man. The meat should also be prepared properly to avoid making the pupusas too greasy. La Molienda does the total opposite and charges a lot of money for them too. If you want real pupusas check my other reviews but this place ain’t it. The desayuno tipico is good and some of their other offerings are good…but pupusas…nah.

I think la molienda offers a great meal for your money, most recently i visited this restaurant and i was pleased with every item i choose. i went for the sea food items inthe menue by a recomendation of on of the servers(Yami) and the food was great and the serviceeven better, if you want value for your family dinner La molienda in Oakland Park is the place to go
Been there once liked the food. Very reasonable. Pleasant decor staff were prompt it is unique and will go back
Great food but slow service!. The Mexican food here is authentic and VERY well priced, but if the place gets busy be prepared to wait for service or to pay your bill. Tacos are great (pork w/pineapple or chorizo are wonderful) and only $1.99 each. The guacamole is made fresh to order, and the salsas served with the chips are great as well. The girls who work here are nice but a bit unorganized as far as service goes.
