I love Applebee’s, but this one is awful. Bad service and always burning food or undercooking it. Never can get hot food either. Got the pretzels as an appetizer once and the cheese was so thick I couldn’t even dip the pretzels and it was cold and hard.
WORST MEAL EVER, NEVER GOING BACK. Never going back. Service was poor, was told wine and beer were 2-4-1, yet the wine I chose suddenly was NOT included, nor was I told that up front. Steak was so tough I had to saw it, ordered it medium rare, came more raw. Was supposed to be marinated in garlic, no garlic at all; was supposed to come with sauteed onions, the onions were slapped on a flattop, dry, half burnt, half raw. Manager is supposed to visit before you get the check or they give you a $10 off coupon – never happened. Waitress never came by to ask how things were until after we were done and ready to go. That was the last money Applebee’s will get from me; I’d rather have a hotdog from Sam’s Club than eat there again.

I had an amazing shrimp and parmesan steak with freshly mashed potatoes and broccoli with cheese smothered on top. Had amazing service from the ever so funny bartenders and also had a few rounds of their delicious and refreshing two for one long islands! It hit the spot and I will definitely return again for another amazing late night experience !
Won’t Go Back…. The worst restaurant I’ve been to in Ocala! The service sucked and the food was horrible. I ordered mashed potatoes that had huge chunks of potato in every bite….Last time I checked, mashed potatoes were supposed to be smooth. My boyfriend ordered a rib-eye medium-rare and received an overcooked, taste-less rib-eye. We informed the manager of the issue and he didn’t do a single thing about it! I’ll never go back to this Applebee’s.
