Good experience. Had the opportunity to dine here last night and was not disappointed. We went in without a reservation and were able to secure a booth (around 5:15ish), but would recommend making a reservation if you’re going on a Friday night–while walking out the door after our meal, there were 6-7 couples waiting to get a table who had not made a reservation. We started off with the Bang Bang Shrimp and after having it talked up quite a bit by my girlfriend, I have to say that it was really good. I ordered one of the specials (New Zealand Dory Monaco) and it was well cooked and seasoned properly. The Ahi Tuna was pretty tasty as well–melt in your mouth. In all, it was a good experience and I would definitely go back.

Love the Bang Bang!. I will drive far for the Bang Bang shrimp at Bone Fish. Sometimes I have it for my meal. The overall menu is not as good as it used to be, but everything is still pretty tasty. They took a couple of my favs off the menu in the past year or two. But I still go for the Bang Bang and nice atmosphere.

Bad Food. Not only was the meal bad, but the waitress spent most of her time flirting and chatting with a fellow two tables down.
This is the only decent, consistently delicious, restaurant left in Ocala that has any type of upscale atmosphere and an affordable menu. Every timewe go the food is fantastic, the staff is great, and we feel like we got our money’s worth. We got to meet the Propietor Dorothy and she was delightful, as are the entire barstaff.
