The Menu Options have Improved. I would say even if you didn’t necessarily like Chili’s in the past, try it again. The only reason I agreed to go is that my sister had a Chili’s gift card that could be used for all of us. I have visited Chili’s in the past and wasn’t all that impressed, one reason because the Menu seemed more limited than other places. However, they have added many options that are now worth purchasing such as Santa Fe Chicken Salad and others. Everyone at the table had an appetizing meal and we each ordered something different.
Very bad service and bad food. Six of us went there on a Thursday Night, over half of the Restaurant was empty, and it took 35 minutes to get seated, when the waiter came around he said that we did not seat you because we were waiting for the ciiks to catch up, he was a black male with the name something like nate, I am not real sure, he was very very slow because every time we looked for him he was in the lounge watching the basketball play off game, when we did get a drink it was warm, and after an hour and we just getting ready to leave he brought the food, well the game had just ended, when one of the guest said my food is cold, he said that is the way we serve it, I had the big mouth bites and the bread was so hard (burnt) it just fell apart we left most of the food there no one would eat it, oh but we did pay for it, included a 99 cent charge for some computer tablet that was on the table that we did not use, we will never go back to that place.
Decibel level…off the charts. If you are just looking for some OK food, a few drinks and some laughs i guess this place is for you. Used to go there more often but it’s pretty difficult to converse in there these days. Very loud… The wait staff also leaves much to be desired. Food is good,not great but on the positive side there are lots of choices.Saw they have a special bar code on the menu you can scan with your smart phone to give you nutritional info for the menu items. It’s a great idea except they block your Internet connection so it can’t be utilized. Couldn’t even get on their wi fi. Probably will avoid this place as much as possible in the future. Just not lik it used to be…

I would not recommend this Chilis due to the staff. There was 7 of us and the bar couldn’t accompdate us. I asked if we could have free chips n salsa if we sat in dining room, which was empty and was told flatly NO! Went next door to El Toreo. Food and waitstaff were great. Very disappointed since we have been going to a Chilis for over 25 years.
Great service at the bar. Burgers and Salads were spot on. Great choice for a cold beer to clear the road dust.
