Dissapointed. My husband and I used to eat at Chili’s on SR 200 all the time. We moved to the Midwest for 3 year and are now back in Ocala. We went to Chili’s the other day and boy has that place gone down hill! The parking lot used to be packed all the time, now there is hardly anyone there. That was our first clue something had changed. Now it is very dirty inside, the staff is rude, slow, they can not get the orders right, and they act like they don’t care. Don’t waste your money! Go somewhere else.
Sure glad we call in to reserve a table. Wes seated promptly but had to wait for our server to show up for work!! She was very friendly and attentive but told us that the food order was placeed sperately to not confuse the cooks in the kitchen and keep them from being angry with her. This was all good, but the food come out 2 plates at a time and my mom which was celebrating her birthday got her food almost 30 minutes after the first plate came to the table. All this also to mention that the food was just OK.. Will try not to come here again
