Took my wife for our anniversary. Great service and true French cuisine. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of cooking in central Florida. Yes they do accept American Express. We are going back for sure and would recommend this place.
Just fabulous. It really doesn’t look like much from the outside but we had a warm welcome and a great dinner. Service was excellent without being obtrusive or annoying. Food was so tasty – not pretentious just fine French food. We had one glass of wine each, an entree and dessert – for 2 people- less than 100 dollars which included tax and tip. Bravo La Cuisine!!
This is Really Good. Excellent in every regard. It was every bit as good as a restaurant in France — Paris or Lyon. These are talented folks who understand quality dining. The entire experience was superb.
Beautiful Dinner, Wonderful Evening!. What a romantic evening with beautiful dinner, great entertainment by Shema on a Tuesday night. Marie took care of us and the experience was perfect. Escargot for the appetizer, Dinner was grouper in a lemon sauce and pork chop that was huge..Wine was great and finished the evening with the tarte tartin.
Outstanding food and Atmosphere. We have eaten here many times now and have not been disappointed. The pork Jarret is a very large portion and delicious. The Bourguignon Beef is delightful as are most of the regular menu items. Try the rack of lamb when they have it and you won’t be disappointed. But try an appetizer first. The menu changes but the last time I had the white sausage and it was fantastic. When you get to dessert, my wife loves the Creme Brulee , but my favorite is the Tarte Tatin. If you choose a wine the selection is good. If you are unsure and price conscious, get the house French selection …they pick very good wines for the price. It is my favorite romantic dinner spot in Ocala and I’m confident it will become one of yours as well. Prices are reasonable, and the staff and French speaking management are excellent.
Clean the grill!!. We went to dine here the Saturday after Valentine’s Day. What a huge disappointment! The bread and the soups were very good, but the appetizers (crabcakes & bacon wrapped scallops) tasted exactly the same: like a dirty burned grill. Then came the special entree: filet mignon with half a lobster tail. Tasted just like the appetizers. Dirty and burned. Also, service was excruciatingly slow. People seated after us were waited on and served long before we were. What a waste on an overpriced, nasty meal.
Awesome. I eat here approximately once a week, but I tried the Artichoke soup tonight and it was extraordinarily FANTASTIC!
