  I am blessed to be able to eat at many high end steakhouses across the eastern US and have placed Mark’s in Ocala as the benchmark to how I compare other similar style chop houses. Sure, I have found equals out there, some more expensive some less but in the end Mark’s always delivers great steaks, solid sides and top tier service. Whether I’m entertaining out of state business partners or taking family out for a special occasion, we seem to always end up here.   This place is amazing! Great steak (of course), wonderful wine selection. Helpful with gluten free needs and will even prepare a gluten free dessert if I make the reservations a few days in advance and let them know. This is a pricey place and definitely for special occasions. I do wish they would add some more seasonal items or mix it up just a bit as the menu has pretty much been the same for the last 5+ years… But since we rarely eat here that’s ok. Wonderful place for an anniversary dinner or special night out.

  Bone in Ribeye. Juicy, tender, well seasoned, great marbling, fabulous taste, stays hot on the plate through the last bite. Unbelievable!
