Meh. Nothing special. Food is pretty bland. Small selection. Good if your stoned and just need some food and a lot of it. #ratchet
Amazing food and great service- very hands on! The food selection is wonderful, they have everything anyone could possibly imagine… And it’s probably the best Chinese and Japanese food I have ever had! I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I hope they get some new foods in!
Ocean buffet. We go there all the time. Food is fresh. We cannot eat MSG and I do not think they use it. Love the sushi. The green beans are great. The place is always clean. Waitress’s are always there to help you . Very friendly staff.
Reliably good buffet. Has all the standards of good Asian buffet. Since the place is so busy, the food gets cycled out quickly so you always get a fresh, hot meal. The sushi bar is surprisingly decent for buffet sushi and has a good variety of things to try (not just your typical California rolls here!). The best part is the no-extra-charge hibachi table; just load up your plate with raw veggies and protein, and the hibachi chef will cook it up to your liking. The waitresses are fast and attentive, and the place is CLEAN (when they are not serving you, they are keeping busy wiping down tables, chairs, windows, counters, etc.).
Right off I-75. I stopped at the Ocean Buffer in Ocala last Sunday morning. Although it was only 11:30, the place was about 80 percent full. The dcor is nice and the staff was attentive and very friendly. The sushi was western roll-style; I dont think there was any sashimi. The rolls were very flavorful. They also had a grill, which was similar to a Mongolian BBQ with many options. The cooked Americanized Chinese dishes were standard, but due to the crowd, the dishes were constantly being replaced nothing was crusty. Although not innovative, the food was very fresh and tasty. I will probably stop by again next time Im traveling on I-75.
