Great Experience. Ordered breakfast for about twenty people. Bagels, pastries, souffls, fruit, and OJ. The ordering process online could not have been any easier. I had to wait a couple minutes when I got there for the souffls to finish but it was a very short amount of time. They brought the items out to the car even though I was prepared to carry everything. Everything was nicely and sturdily packaged. Could not have gone easier and I got a lot of compliments on the food. I will use them every time for this kind of event for now on.

Bad service and burnt sandwich. After ordering a sandwich and salad One the workers told me thath they would bring out the sandwich. After several minutes went by and no one delivered the sandwich , i went to investigate only to find out that the employees were too busy chatting to notice that they had burnt the sandwich. Finally after about 15 min they brought out the sandwich. Needless to say this is the worst experience we have had at a panera .
Try Italian sandwich on French bread & soup (onion or chicken). Also, great bagels to buy & take home.
