Not authentic, but a great quick fix. Mexicans probably think we’re loco when we head to Taco Bell. This is not authentic Mexican food. However, it’s cheap, filling…..and great when you get that junk food craving. Personally, I like the greasy Jack in the Box Tacos…..but Taco Bell does well in a pinch. Where else can you find a fast food restaurant that takes 12 basic ingredients….and makes a few hundred variations? All in all, it’s very BORING food. But they’re open late, and you can gouge for less than a buck. For that alone I salute them.
