Service. I will never set foot in Tilted Kilt again. I was there on St Patty’s Day last week and got stuck with someone elses bill when I left. Even after I had already paid my tab they charged me and again with someone elses’s bill. The manager threatened to call the cops and gave me the story of how the waitresses had changed and there were more beers ordered from the table we were at, I tried to tell him that I did not order anymore beer and that my bill was already paid and that’s when he began threatening me, I should have let me call the cops in actuality. Especially considering how poor the service was from the waitresses there, had to go up to the bar the first time to get something to drink because no one ever came to the table and also had to stop the waitress more than once for service and yet I got stuck with a bill that I never even had after I paid mine. I guarantee I will never never ever go back in that place again, next St Patty’s Day I will find a better place to go than that lousy establishment. So I suggest if you don’t want to end up paying someone else’s bill and want better service than what you get here, go someplace else who appreciates their customers and doesn’t make threats like that. Lousy disrespectful establishment! Managers and servers alike!
Horrible. My wife and I started out our evening going to Outback and they had a 1 hour wait. We decided to go elsewhere instead of waiting 1 hour. What a huge mistake. We went to Tilted Kilt because the parking lot was empty and we thought we could get in fairly quickly. When we got in there was about 6 other tables seated in the restaurant. We waited 10 minutes for a waitress to come to the table and take our food and drink order. I ordered the Hamburger with a egg on top because the waitress recommended it and my wife ordered the classic nachos. When our food arrived the presentation of it was good. The taste was awful. I have had the Royale from steak and shake which is equivalent to what I ordered and it is far superior at the fast food chain. My wifes nachos were equally as poor. Neither of us ate our food. Not only is the service poor but the quality of the food is the cheapest i have had in a while. i spent 10 years in the military and I can not remember having a worse meal than what we ordered tonight.

Wow…. I suggest the servers be required to wear panties as my family received a show as our server bent over to pick a napkin up. On top of that the food was not good.
Tilt the Kilt. I enjoyed the meal, the girls and the drinks. The place was crowed, yet my service wasn’t compromised. It isn’t a place to bring your kids to, it is a Man’s place, so bring on those that appreciate that.
Bad Food 🙁 Cheap Beer :). The POSITIVES: the girl was very nice. The towers of beer are a really good deal. It has a pleasant sports bar feel to it. The NEGATIVES: FOOD: My husband hit the nail on the head when he said it reminded him of bowling alley food. Tasteless and carelessly put together. We had potato skins, a nice amount of cheese and a few tiny pieces of bacon bits, no seasoning, no green onions. It even came with a horseradish sauce and still it had no flavor. I had a buffalo chicken wrap, they are supposed to toss the chicken in the wing sauce and then cut it and wrap it up; instead they poured a ladle of wing sauce onto the entire wrap, the first bit I took wing sauce spilled down my face; lazy lazy lazy. I ended up pulling it apart and just eating the chicken with a fork and leaving the rest. Husband ordered a shepard’s pie; this was in no way shape or form a shepard’s pie. It was day old beef stew with a scoop of mashed potatoes on it. BAR: there were three of us, two ordered beers and I ordered a mix drink, it took over ten minutes to get our first round. It was memorial day and they weren’t even busy. There was maybe four people at the bar and ten table in the restaurant. No reason it should have taken that long and it wasn’t the server because I saw her waiting up there for the drinks. MANAGER: let me preface this by saying I worked at this place when it was a bennigans many moons ago. They gutted the place and it doesn’t smell anymore so congrats to them on that. BUT they hired the same manager that was the manager of that bennigans; I couldn’t believe it when I saw her. Why would you hire a person to run your establishment when the establishment you replaced was run into the ground by this person?? I do not get it, and her boyfriend/husband lazy cook was there working as well. He was busy holding up the bar and changing the channels on the TV; some things never change. I would go there for a happy hour drink if someone else wanted to but I would eat at mcdonalds next door first and I hate mcdonalds! But I’ll say this, the girls looked good, so if you’re a guy and could care less about the food, then go, you’ll have to wait for your drinks but just order the tower of beer so you can pour it yourself and it’s pretty reasonably priced
