Good food poor service. I love the food, it’s is delicious, however the service is terrible. I first started at the bar it took 10 minutes to even be greeted, once we sat at the table the server (don’t know his name, he never introduced himself!) took our drink orders, we let him know it was a birthday of my friend, he asked to see her ID so she would receive Her meal for free, he fails to mention any catch to it being free, later after we ate the food the Server returns with the checks there were 3 of us, he never even asked who the birthday girls meal would be added to who’s check, he added it to mine and added gratuity on my bill without me even knowing . Then on top of that he shorted me $10 on my change. I was not pleased!!!!
Terrible!! Love Japanese hibachi so wanted to try this place for the first time. I ordered one of the most expensive dishes on the menu (filet, shrimp, and scallop) with the filet as the most important because the house steak is usually always tough. The cook must have been new because he not only gave my filet to ANOTHER GUEST but also gave other guests the wrong items! He gave me the terrible steak that was chewy and so fatty! Was also extremely disappointed over the veggies (my favorite part!) by the time he served me he had ran out because he did not portion correctly and had to go get more to still cook for other customers! Worst part of all, I did not want to complain, but I made a comment to the manager because after spending over $50 and getting the wrong food I didn’t think that was right! And the manager could have cared less! Made no effort to make it right! Will not go back! And be warned make sure your getting the right food!
