Bad service/ rude. Apparently big daddys is under new ownership. Called to order pizza as I was a frequent customer. I was hung up on twice before I finally got to order. 2 pizzas with one topping special. Asked for both toppings on one pizza. Simple right? Sorry we can’t do that. Also they had sent the wrong wings approx. 3 weeks prior they said no problem we will fix it on your next order. Tried to get that taken care of and basically told sorry that was 3 weeks ago. Go F yourself. Thanks big daddys. I guess we are done with you.
Terrible terrible terrible. To the owner: Please know that I had the worst customer service experience from Addie, your sister, who was proud to make that known. SHE WAS RUDE AND SHORT! The order was not correct, she did not offer to correct it until after I made it known that I’m not in error. Lastly, she also made it known that calling you (the owner) is no big deal as in to say she is ABSOLUTELY the final word.So I gave her my final word that i will not be back, as well I will make it my business to share with everyone that i can not to patronize you. Also, as a community person, I do not wish to have businesses that treat customers like you do on this community. If you are going to make money off of this neighbourhood, you will have to respect the people of this community.Since Addie is your manager and sister who runs your family owned and operated business, she must be a reflection of you and your styling of service. And please know that the pizza was bad and not what I ordered!TO ALL READERS PLEASE REMEMBER, YOU ARE THE PERSON IN CONTROL OF BUSINESSES. THEY ALL WANT OUR MONEY AND IF WE ARE GOING TO GIVE IT TO THEM, MAKE THEM GIVE YOU THE SERVICE YOU DESERVE AND PAY FOR!!!!
Great Pizza. Better than Papa Johns, Dominos, Pizza Hut and Marco’s. Loved the pie , the sauce had a sweet tone to it that was super . Their subs are also good. This is a pick up /delivery type of place and a great alternative to the usual pizza joints.
Just okay. Decided to try something different. Probably won’t eat here again. Ordered a Calzone, and it was just OK. It’s a very small establishment, 2 tables which is okay because it’s located in a plaza. My appetite kind of hindered when I saw the person making my calzone blow his nose behind the counter. Staff was not very interactive. No thank you on the way out, but they can talk to each other a lot, for sure. The Food? Pretty decent presentation, but the calzone itself was just okay, plastic silverware(disaster). Two stars, I’ll go to NYPD next time.
