I hate when many places claim to be NY Style pizza…but Joe’s hits the spot and can honestly say they are the closest to NY Style pizza. With their new renovation the place isn’t as crowded and looks great. If you’re looking to just grab a slice and go this is the place to go.
I wanted to like this place. We were here a few years ago and it was decent. Our most recent trip, however, was not. Thin and dry pizza with few toppings. And just okay macaroni bites. We won’t be ordering from here again; even though we like the magnets you get with a delivery order.
The Good: someone in there is actually from NYC. Garlic knots, pizza, wingsThe Bad: eggplant parmigiana is bad, thin dry and over-fried.The Ugly: decor could be a lot nicer and please don’t ask me to pay until I am done eating ( how rude) and I am more likely to leave a tip when I am paying at the end of the meal!, duhhh.
My new favorite pizza place!. Walked in for the first time tonight and was cheerfully greeted by the pizza maker and the young lady at the counter. The food I took home–a Sicilian pepperoni pizza, garden salad, sauteed spinach, cheese/garlic bread, and garlic knots–was delicious! The garlic knots were perfection! Glad to have found a nice little local place for pizza!
This is some of the best puzza i have ever had! Got a slice of cheese and a slice of four cheese and they were both excellent. The marinara sauce is so flavorful. Going back tomorrow!!!
Yum! Everything there is fresh and delicious. I’m from Boston and this is the best pizza i’ve found since o moved.
