KRO Ocoee worst customer service.3rd time wrong order &manager argues w/guest never going back. Manager fights with customer over order that was wrong.
The food is okay. The service isn’t.. I had placed an online order earlier in the day on a Friday for pick up about 6:30 p.m. My husband arrived at 6:15, and they hadn’t yet begun the order. The young lady at the register was rude when he asked what happened, then he had to sit and wait 45 minutes for it to finish and was never offered an apology, an explanation, or a refund. This was the last time we patronized this restaurant.
