RawHide Steakhouse & Saloon will make its debut with a menu to please any palette. With more than 6,500 square feet and seating for 263 patrons, the family friendly RawHide Steakhouse & Saloon is a throwback to the Old West complete with entre names created to complement the theme. The menu begins with aptly named "Tantalizers" such as the Greenhorn Tuna (pan-seared Ahi Tuna) and The Old West Stack (deliciously crispy onion rings), then moves on to soups, salads, and a selection of regular or premium side dishes. The entre menu features a feast like no other, with options in chicken, pork, seafood, pasta, and premium cuts of Black Angus steak. From house-made Fettuccine Alfredo to the 22 ounce Cowboy's Porterhouse, RawHide has selections sure to satisfy both finicky taste buds and hearty appetites with prices beginning at $9 and topping out at $49. RawHide Steakhouse & Saloon will also offer a full liquor bar with outdoor seating. Although there will not be any Western style shoot-outs at this Saloon, sports enthusiasts can enjoy a nightly drink special or some Boot-Stompin' BBQ Ribs while watching their favorite player make a bank shot on one of the bar's conveniently located TVs.
