Long time customer, disappointed. This has been one of our favorite restaurants for well over 10 years. It’s a shame to see it go down hill like it has. The pizzas used to be the best in town! Very light and so good. Over the past couple of years, they have been gradually adding more & more cheese. The pizzas come out soggy and you can’t taste anything but the cheese. Don’t get me wrong, LOVE cheese but their crust is so light and tastes really good. The sauce is wonderful too. Now, it’s like ordering a block of cheese. If you order a salad, be sure to ask for the dressing on the side. We forgot to do that tonight and our Caesar was drowning in dressing. Really wish they’d go back to making their food like they did when they first opened.
Great place , great food. With the cozy atmosphere it feels like you are walking into someones house for dinner. The food was absolutely amazing. Dont pass up desert, the cannolis and chocolate cake are delish. A wonderful dining experience. The owner came around to greet everyone.
We love Ciao Bella. The staff is always friendly and the food is great. We been there many times and always leave satisfied. Best Italian in town .
Poor service, worse food. Just left restaurant and we were again disappointed. Service was extremely slow despite reservations. Took at least 45 minutes to receive wine which was ordered before others arrived. Some in our party returned dirty wine glasses and had to wait for glasses until run thru dishwasher. Food arrived cold and lacked seasoning. Arrived at 6:45 and have just finished due to poor service/kitchen. Had we not been in family group, would have returned food as inedible

Ciao Bella is a the type of restaurant we always enjoy! When we walked in, the ambiance of comfort and cleanliness came to my mind. The server made the introduction to the menu pleasant and her knowledge of the food was quite impressive. The time between our order and the arrival of our bread and drinks was perfectly timed. Our salads were delicious with different types of lettuce and plenty of additions like tomato, cucumber, onion, bell pepper, olives, and a delicious and quite traditional Italian dressing. The best part were the two pizzas we ordered. Delicious crusts, the tomato sauce was fresh and the toppings were not in the least bit small. We ordered two for three people and had almost a whole pizza left! We talked about our dinner after we left and agreed if anyone says they want an Italian restaurant, Ciao Bella is the one we will suggest.
