This restaurant was my very first review! The food is still great! We all had pizzas and were not disappointed. The crust is nice and thin but not soggy. The dipping sauce is still the same and is delicious with the warm bread. The service was great as well. Perfect spot to stop after shopping.
I am a local born and raised here in North West Florida for over 30 years. Saying that it is hard to find a good Italian restaurant on this side of the bridge is an understatement. I went to Ciao Bello the other evening and first off my server I think his name was Thomas was horrible. He never offered me or my wife if we wanted rolls and oil and we had to grab silver from another table.It took him more then 10 minutes to get us a wine and drink menu and a little longer to get our drinks. the Pizza we shared was not bad, we had the Rustica. I also ordered the Chicken Parm and the center of chicken didn’t even seemed cooked I mentioned it to the waiter and they took it back and finished cooking it. I have always enjoyed their pizza but the service and quality of the rest of menu items have been poor. Maybe stick to what your good at and just become solely a Pizzeria!?!?!?!
