Sorry to say we will not be going back to county line ever again. We have been there several times since they opened down the block a few months ago. We wanted to frequent there being military and they seem to be in support. The food has always been pretty good, but the service slow at times. No biggie we have worked in the service industry and can understand things get busy. Last Saturday we placed a carry out order and were quoted 15 minutes. I get there 15 minutes later and they bring out one sub and tell me they messed up on the wings. I still don’t have a problem! I have now waited an additional 25 minutes and the rest of the order is ready along with my now cold sub, but I’m wanting to get back home so don’t complain. I get home and the order is wrong. We have two house salads when we ordered Caesars at 7.00 each. Still not mad, but we did call and ask if they can bring the right ones since we live a few blocks always and have a delivery driver. After some explaining they agreed to do it and we tipped both the carry out server and the driver. Everything has been fixed still not happy with the experience, but we brush it off. The next day I have to go back because I left my debit card there in the confusion. This is when the manager proceeds to come out and ask for my I.D okay perfectly normal. He then has the receipt from yesterday and is clearly upset and asked me what the problem was. I explained we had the wrong salads and he is clearly mad about the situation. I just wanted what we paid for. He gets mad and storms off. I was embarrassed being yelled at by a manager of a restaurant in front of many people over two salads. Our order was wrong, our food was cold, and I waited 45 minutes to then get yelled at by the manager/owner. It’s sad to say they lost business over two salads! It didn’t have to be that big of a deal. Don’t get your order messed up by the kitchen and have to wait 45 minutes to get the wrong food the manager may yell at you too!
