  Great place. My husband took me here one day coming home to opp AL from Pensacola. Service was great and so was food . My husband and the guys he works with order from here for lunch .They work right down the road from it and they also like it. Last night he stopped and got dinner and brought it home and again it was great . I have read the other reviews and this place is newly opened and any place that just opens will have little things to work out . Keep up the great work . Thank for great food and service .

  Varies. When the owner is not there , the food is horrible and never right ! I live close to the restaurant and I ordered a to go order that consisted of 2 club sandwiches . When I got the sandwiches home , the only thing on the sandwiches was ham , turkey and cheese . It was listed on the menu as having ham , turkey , BACON , LETTUCE , TOMATO and cheese . Also ordered a catfish plate one night and got frozen talapia . You can’t fool a person who is from the country with talapia instead of catfish !!!! This kind of stuff has never happened when the owner is in there working , when she is present the food has been great !

  Copy cat interior of the Azteca .. Unqualified owner ship and management. The menu is to large also it doesn’t tell you that if you are a walk in to go order you will have to wait 45 minutes to get your order. No one greets you at the door. When I walked in the manager was at the register when she finished with the person leaving she looked at me and walked away. So i sat down in the only place near the door and waited to be greeted that never happened. I got looked at like I was stupid they don’t have a sign that says seat your self. So I went to a table wait staff did the best they could do to help me. But again poor ownership and management took over. The wait staff have no set area to serve I watched the cook have to cross the entire length of the restaurant three times to get supplies and not once did he wash his hands when he got back to the cooking area.31 Jan, 2015Slave labor.. If you are a walk in you are looking at a 45 minutes wait. That is not listed on the menu. Also if you are a walk in to go order none of your tip goes to the waiting staff. It goes to the cooks. And if you try to speak to the manager you are treated like trash.

  The service was friendly but a little slow. It took a while to get our food, and it didn’t seem incredibly busy. Wait staff appeared busy with restaurant matters and weren’t very attentive to our table. Some items listed on their menu (like the fried chicken) are actually not available any more. The bread bowl they serve their soups and pastas in, however, was so toasty and incredibly delicious. Best bread bowl I’ve had. The potato bacon soup inside it needed a little help, though. Happily, after adding salt and shredded cheese (which they provided after I asked), it was quite yummy. The bread was the best part. My husband said his hamburger steak with onions and gravy was tasty, though he wished the onions had been cut a little smaller as he didn’t have an adequate cutting utensil. He said his sides were average. Final consensus is though it’s never gonna be our favorite restaurant, we would both eat there again with no problem, and I would especially eat up that bread bowl any opportunity I got :-).
