We have been going to Jet’s for years we have had everything on the menu and it has always been very good until last night. We ordered four subs, same subs we have ordered many times – veggie, meatball, Italian, and pizza. The subs came but they were noticeable different in size and amount of toppings. I called to complain and the worker said they had no control over it and that they did change the size as well as the meatballs are now cut in half. To my dismay he was correct there were probably three half of meatballs on the meatball sub. The flavor was good but the size and lack of toppings made it awful. I was feeding myself, my two adult sons and my husband. The sandwiches were so small it was not enough food. They no longer slice the bread in half, they now cut out an oval area in the top and just sit the toppings there. If I had ordered to have for guest, I would have been embarrassed.
