  • Good food, when they have it, but potentially the rudest, most indifferent and uncaring ownership/management group I have ever experienced in the food…

This is the closest you’ll get to true down home southern cooking! Love the atmosphere, the owners and staff are all so friendly! Perfect place for a delicious and fulfilling breakfast, lunch or dinner!!

Best Banana Pudding. Okay so the food overall is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good southern cooking and other times its pretty bland. Just really depends on what you order. But they do have the absolute best banana pudding I’ve ever had (sorry mom). It is awesome. I’ll keep going because overall I’ve had more good food there than bad. They could stand to work on their bathrooms.

Had dinner here tonight, the food was subpar at best. The sides were blek and the corn bread didn’t live up to a country resturaunt. The service was okay. The best part was the fish but its pretty hard to mess up fried fish, as long as they buy good fish there’s not much to it. In closing I do not recommend. I really did have high expectations :(.

Blech. Bland food. Big name in the community that didn’t live up yo expectations. Go to Mother Earth’s down the road for cheap and decent food.

Mother Tom. Just had a mother tom omelet.Great as usual, and the staff was friendly, and the food is hot.

Word About Town. They don’t treat their waitresses very well so there’s a large turnover of staff. The food’s okay. Nothing special and the prices reflect that. Having known a few former employees, I just don’t go.
