We ate breakfast here and it was very good and plentiful. I had pecan pancakes with bacon, my daughter had eggs over easy, bacon, hash browns, toast, and a Belgian waffle, and my son had an Italian omelette, grits and a biscuit. We had good service and will be going back. They serve breakfast all day and have pretty much anything you can think of for breakfast. It is hard to find a place that has someplace that has something for each of us and it is all good!
Good food, when they have it, but potentially the rudest, most indifferent and uncaring ownership/management group I have ever experienced in the food and beverage industry. They bring to my table 1/3 of what I ordered, tell me they don’t serve the rest on Sundays (but let me order it on Sunday) and continued to charge me for all of the food even though I never received it. When I described the situation to the owner and manager, she gave my a big fat PFFFFT, waved me off with her hand and the turned her back and walked away as if I wasn’t even talking. They only care about getting your wallet on the hook and could careless about you as a customer and your experience. Don’t believe me? Look at reviews on any website besides their own (as I am sure this post will soon be deleted by the incredibly poor management group I’ve described) and you will see many other reviews describing similar situations where they are basically taking customers’ money without providing the products in full. This is old school business management and they are shysters, crooks, and at minimal cold hearted uncaring people. They should be embarrassed of their actions and the restaurant community should be horrified that these people put themselves in the same category as other caring and well managed establishments…shame on Joe and Eddies. The local media really should be aware of the poor management practices that apparently are systemic to this establishment.
