Definitely not worth the price! Typical medium-class dockside restaurant. Unfortunately, since this was rated as $$$,I thought it would be classier.
A nice place for lunch. Very good gumbo and sandwiches
WOW!!. Probably some of the best seafood I have enjoyed in this area. Usually we head to the Destin side but a friend suggested we try LJ’s. One of the best! The selections we chose were perfect…just like it should be for a dock side restaurant. Great deal on the Fried Grouper (13.99) and the vegetables were a real wow…they tasted fresh off the vine. Loved the sweet tater fries..nice. whstonemandining.blogspot.com
Great salads, good tuna dip, I like seasoned ff they have. Service is hit or miss. I like this place
I gave them another chance after my previous review, and I was pleasantly surprised! The grilled chicken sandwich was amazing. They have won me back!28 Aug, 2012Overpriced for quality and portion. Got shrimp poboy and there were only a few shrimp on it. Hush puppies had a very odd taste, like they were fried in old oil and burnt? They were just nasty. Won’t be eating here again.
No bueno! Ya this.place ain’t that good I mean they attract ppl here with happy hour specials then all of a sudden I’m gettin billed forty bucks for two dozen oysters and a pitcher of beer. Ok for some places but not for happy hour!!! If your rich and live next door and like 4 shitty items on a menu hit this place up. If not AVOID!
Nice view. Seafood was fresh and nicely fried (not greasy). Service was good. However, $25 for three shrimp, oysters, scallops, and a piece of fish was too expensive, in my opinion. I will not come back.
