Our service was great. Valet parking is nice. The food was good and while expensive, it was a very reasonable price for snow crab and lobster. We didn’t care for the salad that much (it’s sort of like Olive Garden in that you get a big bowl for the table and there is only 1 dressing available) and the onions were extra strong and I am not a fan of a cheese-less salad. The lobster tails were awesome and a nice size, and the new potatoes were perfectly cooked. The key lime pie was good. We really enjoyed the dinner. The atmosphere inside isn’t as nice as the outside or as the menu though…it was very confusing as far as what vibe they were going for. It was like a classic rock artist theme mixed with a Chinese buffet restaurant. Didn’t get it.
This place is great if you love steam-pot style seafood. We got a meal for two with lobster, both king and snow crab, along with shrimp and there was ALOT of food!!! Service a little slow, but very busy place. Pricey, but WORTH it!
POOR. MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Worst experience ever! Left very hungry! Had the basic dinner for 2 and ate crab potatoes and corn ate maybe 2 or 3 shrimps and left the rest! Complained and had it recooked but was shrimp was exactly the same as first time. Had a hard time peeling them it was likethey were over cooked they were very white! Had manager come out and he was very rude and argumentative. Will probably not ever be back and we are local!Update: well we called and complained and one of the managers told my husband to stop in that they would make it right. He stopped in but she was conveniently busy so she told the workers to tell him that they would mail us a gift card. We waited almost 2 weeks went by and my husband had stopped in and called a few days before he even got back ahold of the manager who was helping in and supposedly she had mailed it out. That was that so in the end they really didn’t help our experience they just made it worse. Yeah would not recommend this place and that’s sad bc I’ve heard from other people that it’s a good place to eat. Maybe not now. POOR MANAGEMENT!!!!!!
Always a must! Fresh amazing steamed seafood! Salad is good. Really good kid meal options. It is always consistent. The lobster steamer for 2 is our favorite.
We thought the food was good but overpriced. My daughter thought the seasoning was too hot but we ordered another plate with no seasoning and they did that for us without a problem.
Service was good but the food was NOT! Shrimp over done and crab cakes not good at all. They don’t use fresh ingredients. That salad I must say was good. Nevertheless will we go back.
After waiting a half hour for a table which is really not that bad I decided to get a dirty martini found lots of mold on the blue cheese olives fell sick already and the meal hasn’t even started waited another 15 minutes for the waters and beer to come out… We got the tuna and crab dip combo it was excellent tied with the chips it came with and the captains crackers liked the crackers more than the chips… I think our server is slightly overwhelmed with tables she has more than 7 that she has visited we rarely see her… Getting the food our we asked for a crab cake add on that we didn’t receive filet was cooked close to as ordered… Vegetable medley was cucumber and squash not what I expected… The food was cooked great and that is what I really expected fillet was tender and lobster was delicious scallops and shrimp were pleasant as well over all was good dining experience if you have cash to burn and time on your hands I would suggest this for you.
