I normally don’t write reviews, especially bad ones. Unfortunately the experience I had with this Papa Johns was so bad that I’m putting this down. I am on vacation and ordered a pizza around 7:20. At 8:30 I call back asking where my order is and they said it is on it’s way and call back if they’re not there soon. I call at 9:00 to ask the status and the manager hung up on me after asking my information. I call back and the same lady answers the phone and then claims with an angry tone I never ordered from them.
Rude manager. Yelling at employee for no reason while she was taking my order. female manager.Not very professional.
Delivery ws a bit slow but the pizza was great!
