Pizza. Spinach, feta, and onion… yes, it’s good :-)Fiorentina Spinach Roll. This is similar to a calzone but it’s a roll. It has spinach, ham, mushrooms and cheese. I also tried a slice of my son’s spinach, feta, and onion pizza (which was delicious). The service and atmosphere were great. No complaints from me.
Check your takeout order before leaving. Called in an order for a cheese steak with sauteed onions no mushrooms or peppers.I repeated this 2x’s . When I arrived home to my surprise the cheese steak had both mushrooms and peppers and no onions! Needless to say I was very disappointed, I called and reported the mistake only to have silence on the other end of the phone. No offer to replace, or refund, no apology nothing…I learned my lesson will not return!!!!
Loved it!. Loved this authentic NY pizza while on vacation. Very tasty. Service was good. Wish we had a Sal’s at home.
Sal have an excellent calcone, real calzone delucious ricotta with mozzarella…is a nice place with great service, great food, I love it, I love.
Diner. Awesome Italian Food! From the Pizza to the Calzones and great sandwiches Sal’s is the place to go for authentic Jersey Style Pizza. Great place to eat.
To continue… But, the food was awful! My table was only one of two in the entire restaurant, yet both me and my partner’s calzone were totally cold! My salad tasted like it was from Walmart.26 Jan, 2014Please, don’t waste your time and money.. Sal’s Pizzeria is cute enough. It’s got a little Italian vibe going for it, maybe a little excessive on the televisions. The kind of place you hope is a local mom and pop knockout when it comes to the service and food. Watch out! Sal’s Pizzaria is not that place! Admittedly, the service was actually pretty good I’d give my sever an 8/10
