The best Potatoe Pancakes24 Feb, 2015Jgerschnitzel. Schnitzel was cooked to perfection, the cream sauce was tasty, but the Spatzle was over cooked and gooey.
I love this restaurant!. We went there last night without a reservation and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The roasted pork, red cabbage, and spaetzel is what I ordered and it was superb. We will definitely go again, and again. The only negative is that the tables are very close to one another so privacy is an issue.
Authentic German. Tasty German food and beautiful waitresses make for a nice experience. This place used to be Helga’s German Restaurant and has new owners (thank goodness).
Not sure!. We tried to eat at this resaurant several weeks ago. We were told that we would need a reservation on weekend nights. Fabulous improvements. Being a local craftsmen, I travel throughout this entire County and enjoy fine dining.. I have seen this particular restaurant go through many changes every several years, and Truely must state that this is a great improvement !! The menu , the attire of the staff and the attitude is all from the home Country!! I would say five star!! Please go try again and indulge yourself, it’s worth the ride!!
Schnitzel is great!. While it is not the best schnitzel that I have had, it was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The sauce was not over powering and suited the dish well. I tried two other dishes as well from the other family members that went with me. The frikadellen with spaetzle and the curry wurst with fries; both dishes were very flavorful but not over powering, cooked well and decent sized portions. If you are looking for a nice quite place to go for dinner don’t event think about this place. It has a rumble that makes it just loud enough to have to speak up at your table so others can hear you. Also if you are looking for beer you may disappointed, there is a small selection of German beers which are good but hopefully they will add more variety soon. There is also a small beer garden in the back and will be perfect for the fast approaching fall season.
