Worst service I’ve ever had in any of my experiences at Sonic! All we ordered were 2 drinks….they took 15 minutes to bring them out. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because maybe they were short staff. But the car hop was super rude and didn’t even bother to apologize.
The WORST Sonic EVER!!!!. My first visit here I ordered 2 gallons of Diet Green Tea with Mango. We waited for about 30 min while they brewed the tea after we paid!!! We get back to our condo and when I got out one of the bags had a little leek in it but enough I had to pour it off of the mat in the car. Then when I went to drink it there is no way it had mango or not enough of it if any!!! Later that week we decided to take our kids out for a late treat and get some shakes. Of course that took forever!!! When the girl came out we had 5 shakes and they were All Melted and I asked her which one was which and she said I have no idea sorry!!!!!! They made a 6th shake but it was suppose to be a slushy!! Need less to say I will NEVER go there again!!!!!

People walked up and hit the button and got there order in.manager in black young man sat and stared at us in the window and laughed tried to call the store but they didn’t answer. Young girl comes out and starts yelling at us if we were trying to call the store they were not able to answer without headsets and taking all the drive thu orders and not the people sitting out side. Also another customer was complaining cause no one was taking it when she was waiting 45 mins. None of us 4 ladies will waste our time at the Destin sonic anymore we will go to another one.
What the hell????. After waiting 15 minutes for my incredibly complicated order of a hot dog and a cherry limeaid, I just left without my food. The high school kid managing the dump should look up the meaning of fast food.
This sonic is awful.. Send food back 3x just go through the drive through but check your food :/
WORST Sonic ever!!!. We have actually driven out of the drive thru at this Sonic 3x and 2 of those times were only for drinks. They are so slow!!! They mess up the orders constantly and have an attitude like it’s your fault…every single time. It’s the only Sonic around us so we have no choice but to go there if we want drinks. The ice cream in the blast was so gross like it had lumps in it – if you can avoid this Sonic, do so.
