When I want BBQ fast and no surprises this is where I go. While not a big fan of their ribs the other menus items are good and the staff is always nice. Give it a try they may surprise you!
Good for what it is. I have to pick items on the menu because I’m not a fan of all their BBQ. I don’t like their ribs, I’ve had better and while they are not horrible they are just not to my liking. I like their sliced pork, not over done and tastes great. Place that between two slices of their garlic bread and it’s a great sandwich. Their pork is always fresh with no reheated flavor to it. Overall it’s good for a chain, so just know that is not the type of BBQ with a thick char on the out side if their meat.
Good. All locations are good. But here they treat me like family.
Chain is good this location is not!. This place was good a few years ago but recent poor service, lack of wait staff and cold food that takes 30+ minutes to be served I wont be back.. Returned for the 50% anniversary all you can eat chicken at 7 pm and guess what – they ran out of chicken!!
I bought the ribs and chicken combo, my wife had the cheeseburger. I will say, i have high standards for ribs, i found these to be great. About 90% fall off the bone, good flavor, and still had a juiciness to it. The dry rub could have had slightly more flavor, but still great. The burger was ordered medium well and came out well, the only issue we had with the order. Waitress came out often to check on us. The menu does show beers that they do not have though. They have no drafts and very small selection of bottles. I received a Budweiser born on 23 may on the date of 17 aug. The room lighting is really bright, but some would say that is a good thing. The meal for two with a desert to go was 39 dollars. All in all, great visit, great food, great service, family atmosphere.
Gets the job done!. Sure, its a chain restaurant and you shouldn’t go in expecting backyard shack family owned bbq but we love sonny’s for what it is. Good, afforadble and convient. Love the drive through and service is always good. I will say I didn’t care for their dry rub ribs, they were overly sweet but have always enjoyed everything else heren
