Customer service blows. Food is less than mediocre. Service was horrible. They brought or food and not our child’s meal. Wings were too hot for her to eat so she sat there starving for 45 minutes while we waited for her kid burger. Had to ask multiple times for drink refills. The party we were with had a birthday they requested a ice cream cake to be in the freezer. They melted it. We will definitely never go back.

Took them 30+ minutes to seat us. Terrible service. Beyond rude servers who rolled their eyes at us multiple times and gave us a horrible attitude. Three servers came to our table asking if we had been helped, then had an underage hostess take our drink orders. The server we did end up with took forever to bring us out orders, forgot things multiple times, and admitted to us that she forgot to put our order in after we waited for it for an hour.
Food is good when they get the order right, too many kids working there that are too involved with everyone else’s drama then they are with the customers.
Good especially sauce. Still one of the best wings I have ever tasted. I hate saying that since they are a franchise but its true. I enjoy the Mango Haberno sauce.Parking at this particular location is horrible though
All food is precooked, frozen then shipped to restaurant where it is reheated to order. Don’t expect fresh Food.
Marginal Food – Average Service. You can’t get a medium rare burger here because they’ll only cook it medium to well-done. The wings are no better than what you can get at the grocery out of a bag and the sauces are truly unremarkable. Service was barely adequate and never did get a refill on my tea. We tried it twice, but we won’t be back and couldn’t recommend it to anyone.
