This place is. Ah. Ma. Zing.. If you have a craving for genuine, fresh Japanese food in the Deltona area, this is the best place to go, hands-down. My family and I have been eating here loyally for almost 10 years. The owner isn’t the most outgoing guy, but who cares if he’s drinking a Kirin at the front register?? My favorites are the Scallop Teppan and the Cucumber Wrap (not roll – they have a cucumber roll also). Their ingredients are always fresh, cooked delicious consistently every time I’ve eaten there. I don’t know why anyone would give this place a less than stellar review!! I want to go to there right now.

Sushi. I like coming here. it is a small family place, and the food is always very fresh and good. Since I live in the area, I like to go here often, and have never had bad sushi. They can be a little slow when it is crowded, but that is expected due to a small staff. The staff was always very friendly, so I can not understand some of the other comments??
The worst sushi I have EVER had! I would have had better sushi at Publix! Tried several rolls – Hana roll, spicy white tuna roll, spicy tuna hand roll & lobster roll. All had heavy rice and little filling. Flavorless and bland. Such a disapointment. Only positive beer was ice cold!!!
Food mediocre at best. Owner drinking Kirin Light at the cash register while working. Unacceptable.
Food is always prepared wonderfully, Owners very nice, sushi chef not so friendly. But I guess what does thAt matter when there is no competition in the Orange city/ Deltona area
