You call that Pizza???. I can’t even believe that was called pizza. Im sorry but that’s an insult to pizza. I’m pissed that i got suckered like that, my own fault. The dough was a giant cracker. The sauce ??? I hope it came out of a gallon can. I didn’t know there was such thing as bad pizza! I would rather eat a kids pizza lunchable. Im not kitting.
Bearno’s Redemption (Sorta). I read the other reviews so I figured I would give a review from a neutral position addressing some of the other complaints as well. They do have an identity question I have to agree with that, are they a sports bar or an Italian restaurant? I really don’t have a problem with that because I mostly get delivery. When I have eaten in I did see things that were a little so-so like plastic glasses for wine….they just don’t pay a lot of attention to detail. The service is ok you usually get a kid who is very casual about serving you, and pays little attention to details like filling your glass…..something you would expect at sports bar, again identity crisis. The price of the pizza is very high there is no getting around that and with restaurants like Goodfellas and Tony’s who have better tasting pizza it is something someone should have noticed. However, with all that being said the rest of the food is very good, and when I say very good I don’t mean for Orange City. They have a legit menu with good portions. There food is as good as Olive Gardens which is a stone’s throw away in the same parking lot and they have about the same price tag. When you walk into Olive Garden you expect to pay what you do, but when you walk into Bearnos you can’t judge the price by the mixed atmosphere. I hope this is fair.
Love it. Went there for dinner. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was amazing. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. I would recommend them to anyone that wants excellent food. I got a calzone yum and my husband got a pizza. The pizza had so many toppings on it. Best we have found. Thanks Breano’s.
Great Food, Excellent Service. We’ve eaten at Bearno’s quite a few times, both dine-in and delivery, and the food has been delicious each time. The pizza is quite good, though not as good as Bumbino’s across the street. Their sandwiches are fantastic, and we’ve never had a problem customizing our order for whatever particular tastes we have. We used them for a large group gathering after a funeral, and they were simply fantastic about the entire experience. Not only did they deliver the food right on time, they also brought plates, utensils, serving utensils for the large salad we ordered, and more. They even offered to set it all up for us, so that we didn’t have to bother. We’re regular customers now, and have suggested it to family and friends in the local area, who also much prefer it over some of the other suggested restaurants that other reviewers have mentioned and are of lower quality.
Pizza was horrible and way overpriced. The pizza dough tasted like it was Boboli from the grocery store. I ordered a glass of wine and it came in a plastic cup that I had to pour in a glass myself. With that being said our meal was $55 and now we have left over pizza that will be thrown away. I was really hoping that this would be a new local place that we liked. I wish them good luck but they really need to change their pizza dough.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant. Honestly I’m a nice person and I support small businesses but their food is awful. The service is terrible. We ordered one thing and they served us something different. There was no compensation, they never even brought us what we really ordered. We were so hungry from waiting almost an hour, that we ate the waitress’ mistake. I will never be back. GO TO TONYS NEW YORK PIZZA. It’s much better. Don’t waste your money here.
