The design for Wine Bar George is similar to a winemakers home estate with a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. Our menu features masterfully paired wine and food and a selection of cocktails, all of which include grape based spirits. George and his team look forward to pairing wine and food for you to enjoy. George is no stranger to Walt Disney World Resort he was part of the opening team of the California Grill restaurant at Disneys Contemporary Resort. He became one of 255 Master Sommeliers in the world by passing a series of rigorous examinations that require a candidate to identify wines by taste, aroma and sight.
