A Terrific Surprise!. Eclectic Kitchen was this month’s food truck at my job today – it was our first time having them and we were a bit skeptic initially. But their menu was a terrific surprise! The ladies greeted us with warm, genuine smiles and the chef took the time to come over and answer questions I had about their menu, which is sometimes a rarity. Speaking of their menu, it offered a variety of trendy and creative options to choose from…even the pickiest of eaters were happy with their choices. Eclectic’s Chicken Basil w/Jasmine Rice, with an over-easy egg laying atop this dish was oh so good! And I hadn’t had fried Yuca since I left Miami a few years ago so it was a treat to have one of my old Cuban faves, and it complimented this meal nicely. I’m looking forward to their next visit with us!
