Surprising. I’ll be honest, when you think of ‘dining’ at the Parliament House, it’s natural to keep your expectations low…or abandon them all together. However, the Rainbow Cafe proves to be a surprisingly clean dining space with friendly service and tasty menu offerings. Their pancakes, a personal favorite, far exceed those at the International House of. Their chicken quesadillas….more like delish-adillas! The price is right, the food is good, and let’s not forget…there’s a full bar!!
