Nicely dressed place in downtown , we ended up at this to try some sushi lunch and had no regrets .Awesome interiors , great tasting soup we had with the house sake hot , it was too good .On sushi front we ordered sushi lunch platter , about 12 pieces of assorted sushi .Great experience , sushi could be a little more better but not bad though .add more fresh value to the sushi .Recommended !!
I was taken here by a large group of coworkers for my birthday on April 10. One of my coworkers tasted his bento box meal ($12) and was unhappy. He told the waiter he was not satisfied and asked if he order something else. The waiter and manager refused stating that since he tasted the food they would not allow him to send it back for something else. I have never been to a restaurant that does not even attempt to make the customer happy. Terrible customer service, they have 16 people plus all of their friends and aquaintences that will never return or try this restaurant, all over a $12 bento box….wow
Wonderful experience. Good was great. service was top notch. atmosphere is very urban and contemporary. downtown Orlando definitely needs more of this kinda place. will definitely go back
Foods good, but very displeased with the customer service from the manager. They made a mistake and brought me the wrong sake I didn’t know until I was brought the correct then accused me of ordering both and wouldn’t take it off my bill, she also gave me extreme attitude about it. I use to be a serve and that type of rudeness is very inappropriate special as a manager.
Fantastic. I have been coming here for the past 15 years (back when it was called Ichiban). The owners, Jen and Owen are fantastic and personable. I have never had a bad meal here in my life. I highly recommend it.
Dinner happy hour. Their signature martinis sounded so good, I got the Blushing Buddha and it was everything the server promised it’d be. Fresh strawberries in my mouth. Got couple apps from the happy hour, pot stickers were only $3! I couldn’t resist.
Some of the worst Sushi. I had one piece and that was it.
