Incompetent cashier/ Insensitive manager. Called in order and went to pick it up. Cashier stated we didn’t order. Recalled, they said order was there. I live 20 minutes away and all they can say is sorry. Talked to manager Stacie, she stated no discount for my inconvenience. Never again. Just lost a faithful customer. That was an order for my daughter travelling from Tampa to Orlando!!! Very disappointed. Mrs. Jones Thank you for your customer service.
