Best ramen shop I’ve been to since moving away from Hawaii. They use the right tofu (pouch), and bok chow. We have shoyu ramen, veg tofu ramen, shrimp tempura, fried goyza. The goyza was the only thing that was prob not something I’d order again, it was just the frozen bag variety not house made. The decor was cool for this little hole in the wall place. This was in chinatown with other good restaurants around (pho, bubble tea etc)

First I have to say this business was busy, and located in a very asian part of town. A family member is the one who told me about the restaurant and the process for ordering ( as it is different from what a American is use too) First off you can only order if there is a AVAILABLE seating to prevent confusion. Once your able to order there is a plethora of choices for main dishes and appetizers. If your new to the ramen world order the tonkatsu and I promise it will not disappoint. The creamy tasty broth with Naruto maki, ramen noodles 2 slices (thin) of pork, and a few other things (located in the pictures I provided). They do have a vegetarian option that looks Divine and colorful. There is complimentary water so you don’t have to pay for your journey and they do not encourage tipping which I think is one of the best features because it truly makes the place feel Japanese. I came her with expectations and they were meet completely. I will definitely be coming back and so should anyone.
