Our mission is to bring you a unique wine kitchen and raw bar offering our vision on staple foods from around the world while maintaining its true form of colors and flavors. By combining modern techniques with seasonal ingredients, 63 sovereign demonstrates that food is more than an experience. It is what keeps us connected to our heritage and traditions. Serving chef driven seasonal dishes with 27 different wine and 16 beer options from around the world.
