Breakfast at Heffers. Eggs were cooked to order but that’s about the best of it. Toast was barely toasted and had so much butter (margarine out of a tub more likely) on it, it was soggy. Smoked sausage was cold in center and home fries were dry. Sorry, it was really bad. My guess for the great reviews is that the people working there are so nice.

Atmosphere plus. I detected a subtle cow theme, be sure to look around and see if you can pick up on it. Good solid breakfast&lunch country restaurant. Tried for the first time a week ago – will be back.

Some of the best biscuits and gravy in the area! Everything we tried was great and very reasonable. The only bad thing was the air conditioning was barely working.
