Strange taste in Decor and Service Served Cold. I have read the other comments and I will describe this restaurant as fairly as I can. When I first saw the sign from across the street of where I work, I was very excited. They serve breakfast and lunch, my favorite meals! I decided to invest my time for a peek at the menu and the restaurant. I was a little shocked at the decor, but vowed that as long as the food was awesome, I would patron the restaurant. It appears to have garage sale bought homemade cow wood work, wooden signs iwht cows on them, stuffed animal cows, and fleece cow curtains hanging from the walls. I stood in the entry way for 3 minutes while the apparent owner was yelling at someone from the kitchen. She was eating lunch in the kitchen, which was visible to all and making conversation that seemed to be personal and unrelated to business. I made myself known after noone attempted to greet me. I bought breakfast, not as good as a breakfast made at home, I tipped 20% and returned a couple of time because it was convenient for me to go to lunch so close. There have been 2 times that I have gone there at 1:40-1:45pm and they told me that their grill was turned off. They spoke like the grill could not be turned on again. I have never returned. I am positive that these reasons contribute greatly to the reason why others are so turned off from this place. A tip to the owners: Restaurants are a service business. The food HAS to be great, but the number one deciding factor of return business is service. It’s not surprising that there are statistics that all lead to this prized variable, namely service, as a determinant of a restaurant’s success. Please learn warmth and friendliness. Please learn that you close at the posted hours on your media. (You currently claim 2pm) Please be more professional and clean. I hope to visit in the future and your restaurant still does not need a makeover in all aspects of operations.Best of Luck,Unenthused Diner of Your RestaurantakaBreakfast Connoisseur
