Do buy form here. When I call the first time to see if they delivered they put me on hold for 5 mins just to answer my question but I really wanted to try a new place to eat.I order 15 baby shrimp with plain fried rice not only did they for get my rice but the shrimp had no flavor it tasted like it was fried in old oil.I also ordered crab stick and house special Lo mein, The Lo mein noodles were over cooked and had no flavor. I called them and the lady blame her son for the order and told me next time she I get my rice. I wouldn’t want that rice because if the shrimp and everything else was bad I don’t want it.I lived in New York all my life and the best Chinese food I ever eaten is in New York.
Ordered delivery, it arrived a little earlier than they said, great! Driver was polite and food was exactly as ordered, and…it was great. Lots of flavor, lots of meat and seafood. Definitely order again next time we’re down here.
Food is good but they are always trying to take advantage of situations. And they are very rude on the phone.
The Worst Experience With Food In My Life. This place had to be the WORST experience I have ever had with ordering food. We ordered delivery. It didn’t start off too bad, the food took a little longer than was necessary, but we could overlook that. The worst part was when the delivery guy showed up and gave us our food. Not only did he look drugged out, he did not even give us the right amount of change at first. We noticed this about a second later and literally had to call out to him because he was running away from our motel door to get away. When we got his attention, it was clear he did not know how to do math, and it took him another good five minutes to give us, what we thought again, was the right amount of change (our order did not even come with a receipt so it was hard to tell). When we finally got that sorted, we brought the food in and realized that we were missing half our meal and that it was pretty cold. We called the place back to tell them this and they literally fought with us, telling us that we didn’t order this and we didn’t order that. We also realized that the delivery guy did not give as the right amount of change AGAIN when the restaurant clarified that our order was $26 (we paid with 100 and only got back 55). We called the restaurant back after they hung up on us and told them this. Apparently word got back to the delivery man, because he literally called us straight after and left us a voice mail telling us how wrong we were and how horrible we were. This whole situation was completely and utterly inappropriate and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. We neither got our proper change back nor got the food that we ordered because we felt so uncomfortable with the thought of this driver coming back.I will never order at this place again. Nothing could make me want to come back. There was no redeeming factor with this experience. Next time I’ll just take the time to pick up my order from another Chinese restaurant.
Always friendly and food is always fresh. We love this place.29 Aug, 2012Some of the ignorance in all these Other comments are funny.. I love the place.. I think people in Ormond are all old and impatient. I wouldn’t trust the complaint there making. The Service is always friendly. They talk fast but that’s just how they are.. try it you will like it.
Never again. Wrote a decent review on this place previously. I have been back several times since. A few weeks ago, I arrived at 3:10 PM (lunch specials are over at 3:00) and asked for their lunch special….They said I was too late. There wasn’t a soul in the place. The same meal was now going to cost double. I said no thanks and goodbye..forever.07 Jun, 2010Not bad. About the same as Wok N Roll..Another take out further west. on Granada.When I was walking in for the first time, a guy said he loved the place. I thought the food was ok….Far from bad.
