Stale shells and dry, chewy chicken. I just purchased to close talkers (to go) from this Ormond Bech store. The shells are so stale that they are hard to cut through. The chicken is dry and overcooked. I’m very, very disapointed that the quality has gone down so much. This’ll be my last visit.I tried calling the store 4 times to let them know about the problems…but noboyd picks up the phone. Shame on you MOE.
Terrible customer service. AVOID!!!! My wife was locked in the bathroom due to a faulty door handle for over 30 minutes. Staff said they were not allowed to help due to company policy. Staff eventually called the fire department to assist in opening the door but only after 30 minutes when my son and myself beat in the door to free her. It was extremely traumatizing to my wife that she was trapped inside and that staff did not care to assist. She has suffered from panic attacks since that day as a direct result of the trauma. It was also our son’s 21st birthday. Management said they would call to check on her since paramedics were involved but now….4 months later we have never received a call or any type of followup. Terrible staff and policies. Would not recommend to anyone.
