Thai Erawan never fails to impress. I eat here regularly with my wife and we are always satisfied with the friendly service and delicious food. We are vegetarians and they have many options for us. Overall our favorite restaurant in Ormond beach!
Crispy duck is good, but small. I was excited to try their crispy peking duck (I love duck). Since it was almost $20, I was concerned on it being worth the price. I asked if it was half a duck and was told it was a little less than half. . It ended up being about 1/4 which left me still very hungry. I was told about the vegetables and sauce, since I dont like spicy foods, I told her to leave the sauce on the side instead of putting it on the vegetables so i can decide if i like it…she did not convey my request to the kitchen. Since it was a to-go order, I didn’t see anything until we got home. I was so disappointed that had it happened in an eat-in situation, I would have sent it back and left, but since I was home and it was paid for, I made the best of it… a snack. The taste and texture of the duck was great, everything else was a severe disappointment. If you get a to-go order, check ot out before leaving
Solid option for Asian food. Ingredient distribution of the entrees is really effective; you get full from the entire meal and not just one or two components. Service is pleasant and attentive. Love the spring rolls here as well.
Ketchup does NOT belong in Mee Krob. Sauce for mee krob almost entirely ketchup. other appetizers totally americanized. extremely disappointed in meal. waited 45 minutes for a table in half empty restaurant for sole purpose of meekrob. I cant understand the high rating. KETCHUP for sauce base!!!! And super cheap ketchup by taste of it.
Two Friend Panang*. So fresh, chicken light prawns huge! Veggies crisp not to much sauce and must get the fish sauce to spice it up don’t go to hot will ruin flavor.
I’ll just say best Thai food EVER! Our server Matt was knowledgeable of the menu as well as all ingredients of the dish, also very pleasant. Superb, will be back!
